The company is privatly owned and run by Theo van de Peppel, who before migrating to Australia was Service Manager at GRENCO (Grasso Engineering and Construction) in the Netherlands from 1978 onwards, coordinating the service and spare parts requirements for the Grasso range of equipment.

Since the conception of GRASSO Australia in 1994 we are proud to be appointed as the Australian, New Zealand Marine Agent. Servicing the total marine industry including the Fishing Industry of the above mentioned geographical locations.

Since April 1997 Joondalup Service Providers (JSP) was appointed as the Australasian distributor for VDH Products bv. A leading manufacturer for instruments and control equipment based in the Netherlands. VDH Products bv. was founded in 1978 and has grown to provide customised instruments and controls to a global market in Europe, Asia, North America and Canada. Their range of glycerin stainless steel gauges and thermometers are well received in to the Australasian Marine and general Refrigeration / air conditioning Industries.
